Evening Ebola Update, Mon, 2/16: ZMapp story on ’60 Minutes’/Liberian schools reopen   Leave a comment


Dear Colleagues:

l.  CBS News ’60 Minutes’ televised a report on ZMapp written by Bob SImon last evening as a tribute to Mr. Simon.  Professor Kobinger, Dr. Brantly, and Dr. Kadlec are interviewed in the story.  See a partial transcript of the story and a video of the story at: http://www.cbsnews.com/news/zmapp-and-the-fight-against-ebola/

2.  NBC News reports that Liberian schools will reopen this week after a 6 months closure.  Students will have their temperatures taken prior to entrance to the school grounds.  Classrooms have 45-50 students, but may have 100 students.  See the story at: http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/ebola-virus-outbreak/ebola-outbreak-liberia-schools-reopen-after-6-month-closure-n307061
